Peter Christensen Health Center starts with a family practice team of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician’s Assistants, support staff and more to provide a comprehensive assortment of services designed to help people manage their health. Care provided to the Lac Du Flambeau Community, Vilas, Oneida and Iron counties. PCHC has a wide range of services including medical, medical social workers, psychiatric nurse practitioner, vision, pharmacy, lab, physical/occupational therapy, chiropractic, oral surgery and radiology services, which includes MRI and mammography. PCHC uses modern technologies like electronic medical records, electronic prescriptions, and digital radiology. Medical social workers are available for same day appointments

Behavioral Health Services
Behavioral Health Services through PCHC include direct social work through two clinic-based social workers and a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who provides psychiatric medication assessments, prescriptions, and ongoing medication management. In order to access these services, ask for the Triage Nurse.
