What We Do
HOPE Consortium partners offer access to treatment services for individuals with opioid and/or methamphetamine use disorders.
Care coordinators support a team approach to develop a personalized care plan. Peer recovery support services are available throughout the region at no cost.
Substance use disorder treatment professionals have access to resources that support their practice, including a health information exchange platform and local trainings.
Partners throughout the region work together to improve care for those affected by substance abuse, which can include medication-assisted treatment (MAT) as appropriate.
