The HOPE Consortium is a collaborative rural model for substance use disorder treatment and recovery support. Partner agencies representing five counties and three Tribal Nations pool resources to support use of evidence-based practices and a regional recovery oriented

What We Do

Treatment
HOPE Consortium partners offer access to treatment services for individuals with opioid and/or methamphetamine use disorders.

Recovery Support
Care coordinators support a team approach to develop a personalized care plan. Peer recovery support services are available throughout the region at no cost.

Provider Resources
Substance use disorder treatment professionals have access to resources that support their practice, including a health information exchange platform and local trainings.

Collaboration
Partners throughout the region work together to improve care for those affected by substance abuse, which can include medication-assisted treatment (MAT) as appropriate.
